ctg44 is an online betting and casino platform that offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, and many other forms of entertainment for Bangladeshi users. All services on the platform are governed by these Terms.
These Terms have been prepared in English. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the English version shall be considered authoritative.
Account Registration & Management
2.1 Registration Process
To use ctg44's services, you must create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide truthful and accurate information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.
2.2 Single Account
Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If ctg44 detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and account secure. Do not share your login information with any third party. Report any unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately.
- Use a strong and unique password.
- Always log out when using someone else's device.
- Notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
Age & Eligibility Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older to use the ctg44 platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We may request identity documents or other verification at any time to confirm your age. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the temporary suspension of your account. ctg44 strictly prohibits its services to minors and takes a firm stance on this matter.
This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at ctg44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable to all methods).
- Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
- Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- Winnings earned through bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 5).
- ctg44 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ctg44 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in total wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses may be cancelled if not used within the specified validity period.
- ctg44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
- Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms, which are stated in the details of that offer.
- ctg44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (some exceptions may apply). Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ctg44 reserves the right to void that bet.
6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If odds change after being set, the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.
6.3 Casino Games
Live casino and slot games are powered by software from reputable providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe. All games follow fair play principles.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing or attempting to exploit the bonus system.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Collusive or fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
- Operating an account under another person's identity.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account termination and the associated balance may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by ctg44
ctg44 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Fraud or suspicious activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Regulatory or legal reasons.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

Limitation of Liability

- Losses caused by internet connection failures.

- Losses resulting from unexpected technical errors or server outages.
- Financial losses caused by the user's own actions.
In any circumstance, ctg44's total liability shall be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
